What is the Shipping Policy?

All our international shipments are made by using FedEx Express or Economy if FedEx is not available. Once your payment has been confirmed we usually manage to ship out your purchase order within 1-2 business days. Depending on your purchase amount it could take a few days longer. Before shipping out any goods we always quality control each item. That all the original tags are included, NO defects are on any of your items and that all additional accessories are included

How do we deal with customs (Outside of EU)?

Since each country has different customs regulations we can provide documentation upon request. Although customers outside the EU are responsible for taxes and duties. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from FedEx or an import broker appointed by you. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion. If you have any questions about how your shipment can be solved please email or call us.

Are your products authentic?

All products purchased from us are authentic. Since our warehouse in Sweden only deals directly with each brand we can 100% guarantee that all our stocks are authentic. We never deal with outside dealers and agents.

What is the Refunds & Returns Policy?

The returning of products because of differences from what was ordered or product defects will be authorized if support is contacted within two days of delivery. In order to return such items, customers must contact support@nouveauricheoblige.com

The e-mail should include the date of purchase, along with the choice of reimbursement method. The client must also provide photographic evidence for any defected products.

The cost of return shipment will be borne by the customer and should always be shipped back with an active tracking number. The receiver is always responsible to claim/accept the package and any additional fees for orders being returned for not being claimed or picked up is covered by the customer.

The product, along with its original packaging, as well as any other items received must be sent to the warehouse in order to protect it from damage.

Requests for refunds made after two days of delivery will not be accepted.
